Jared Stuart
Owner/ President of Stuart Contractors LLC
Jared Stuart founded Stuart Contractors in 2010, building the company from the ground up with a clear vision and a commitment to excellence. As Owner and President, Jared provides strong leadership rooted in passion, resilience, and an unwavering work ethic. His dedication extends not only to delivering quality results for clients, but also to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment for employees.
Jared’s leadership is defined by his ability to inspire and guide others toward a shared vision of long-term success. He brings focus, determination, and an internal drive that have shaped Stuart Contractors into a trusted name in the industry. Always forward-thinking, Jared maintains a clear picture of the company’s future and leads with both confidence and integrity.
Before launching Stuart Contractors, Jared was a standout pitcher at the University of Maryland and went on to play semi-professional baseball. His background in athletics instilled discipline, perseverance, and teamwork—qualities that continue to influence his approach to business and leadership today.

Jim Wilson
Director of Operations
Jim Wilson serves as Director of Operations at Stuart Contractors, bringing with him over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Since joining the company, Jim has made an immediate impact by streamlining processes, strengthening project oversight, and ensuring that every job is delivered with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. In his role, Jim oversees the coordination of projects from start to finish, focusing on scheduling, resource management, and client satisfaction. His decades of experience give him a unique ability to anticipate challenges and provide practical, effective solutions. Known for his strong organizational skills and steady leadership, Jim is a trusted figure among both clients and employees. Throughout his career, Jim has built a reputation for integrity, accountability, and dedication to his work. Marwan Abuelhawa
Civil Field Superintendent
As Field Superintendent, Marwan Abuelhawa plays a key role in the success of Stuart Contractors’ projects. He assists with job setup and layouts, provides skilled operating services, and supports quality assurance and customer relations. Marwan is also responsible for coordinating job scheduling and materials, as well as overseeing the on-site production of his crew. His expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence make him an essential part of our field operations.

Dean Stuart
Senior Site Foreman
With over a decade of dedication to Stuart Contractors, Dean Stuart is a highly skilled and respected member of our team. As a lead crew member, he brings exceptional knowledge and talent as an equipment operator, consistently taking pride in his work and leading by example. Before relocating from New York to join his son, Dean owned and operated his own commercial construction business, further building his expertise in civil construction. His experience, leadership, and craftsmanship make him an invaluable part of our field operations.

Jason Rusticelli
Project Manager
As Project Manager, Jason Rusticelli brings over 30 years of experience in this field along with planning, drafting, surveying, and geotechnical expertise. He retired from the Air Force as an engineering assistant which provides great knowledge and depth to the field of construction and our field operations. He oversees submittals and material coordination for each jobsite, provides direct support to our site work crews, and ensures seamless project execution through thorough drawing and plan reviews. Jason’s organizational skills and hands-on field experience allow him to keep projects running efficiently and effectively. His dedication to both our team and our clients makes him an invaluable part of our company.

Troy Castro
Civil Field Superintendent
With over a decade of dedication to Stuart Contractors, Troy Castro brings extensive knowledge and leadership to his role as Superintendent. He is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the on-site production of his crew, ensuring that each project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Troy’s experience, skill in site work, and strong leadership make him a true asset to both his team and the company as a whole.

Kris Cusick
Logistics Coordinator
Kris Cusick serves as the Logistics Coordinator for Stuart Contractors, ensuring that all equipment and materials are delivered efficiently to and from jobsites. He coordinates closely with foremen to meet project needs and oversees the transport, delivery, pickup, and tracking of all equipment and materials. Kris’s attention to detail, safety and commitment to smooth operations make him an indispensable part of our team, helping keep every project on schedule and running effectively.

Jen Springinatic
Director of Business Development/ Human Resources
As Director of Business Development and Human Resources, Jen Springinatic plays a vital role in both the growth and support of Stuart Contractors. She oversees accounts receivables, manages the company’s insurance and 401(k) benefits, and leads networking and marketing efforts to strengthen client and community relationships. Jen is also active in ABC Chesapeake Shores, where she represents the company through professional networking and industry involvement. Her dedication, organizational skills, and commitment to both employees and clients make her an integral part of the company’s success.

Alison Mascetti
Office Manager
As Office Manager, Alison Mascetti plays a key role in overseeing Stuart Contractors’ daily operations. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Alison manages administrative functions, supports project coordination, and ensures effective communication between employees, clients, and leadership. In addition, Alison is responsible for equipment operations and provides essential support for accounts payable and prevailing wage compliance. She works closely with Jared Stuart, the owner, to help guide operational decisions and ensure that projects remain on track, budgets are maintained, and regulatory requirements are met with precision.

Carla Wallenfelsz
Payroll Specialist/Accounts Payable Coordinator
Carla brings valuable expertise to Stuart Contractors in her role as Accounts Payable coordinator and Payroll Specialist. She manages all aspects of employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for every paycheck, while also overseeing accounts payable responsibilities. In addition, she offers bilingual services to our clients and is our office Notary. Carla’s attention to detail and dedication to supporting our team make her an integral part of our operations and we are fortunate to have her on our staff.
